Announcing Sterling Peterson as Partner!

Gunderson, Denton & Proffitt, P.C. is now Gunderson, Denton & Peterson, P.C.

The staff at Gunderson, Denton & Peterson is pleased to announce Sterling Peterson as the newest firm Partner.

Before becoming a Partner, Sterling worked as an associate attorney at GDP for four years, focusing his practice primarily in litigation, including business, employment, real estate, and general commercial litigation.  Prior to joining our firm, Sterling practiced for several years at a large law firm in Phoenix, focusing his practice in medical malpractice, health care litigation, and general commercial litigation.

Sterling graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a B.A.E. in English-Education, and subsequently received his law degree cum laude from Sandra Day O’Connor Law School at Arizona State University.  He has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, and has participated in proceedings and trials in Arizona Superior Court, Justice Court, and Federal District Court, as well as in mediations, arbitrations, and countless depositions.

Sterling is an Arizona native, and has lived in Mesa his entire life.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, as well as his extended family.  He also has a passion for coaching various youth sports.  Sterling also enjoys camping, traveling, and almost any outdoor activity.
